If this does not instill crazy racism in an already corrupt and dumb police force, I am not sure what will. Look, the thing is, people hang out outside all summer. I dont care where it is. The fact being that any group standing on the sidewalk is now a target. Cops beat people up all the time and get away with it. They Taser people all the time and get away with it. It is my opinion that this will only increase the Stop Snitchin attitude and police over extending their bounds more. Man I love my City.
